I am Azmine Toushik Wasi, an idealist with distinguished experience, and expertise in (Machine Learning), IT Automation, Research, Project & Product Management. I am currently a 4th year (Senior) undergraduate in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology.

I am working with Data Intelligence Lab, HYU on Graph Neural Networks, XAI and HAI focusing on Medical AI. Also, founded Computational Intelligence and Operations Lab - CIOL, SUST on Combnatorial Optimization and Supply Chains ML, connecting dots between IE and AI; also guiding and mentoring junior ML research enthusiasts.
I have published in different pretigious venues like AAAI'24 Workshops, NeurIPS'23 Workshops, etc. Also, several works are under review in different venues like ICLR'24 Tiny Papers, COLING 2024, SIGIR 2024, IEEE Transections on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, etc. I'm a Kaggle Notebooks Grandmaster (3rd in Bangladesh, 93th globally). Also, I'm Kaggle Master in Datasets and Discussions with Top 100 ranking globally in these segments.

I am currently looking for research opportunities focusing on Healthcare (Bioinformatics or Biomedical Engineering) or Combinatorial Optimization (Medical or Industrial Applications) domains. I want to solve critical challenges in different industries, building efficient, fast, interpretable, robust and reliable machine learning models.
