  • My research centers on geometric and sequential structural biology (focusing on proteins, RNA, genomes, and drugs), and multi-modal alignment problems. I use GNNs, Flow Matching, GFlowNets, and Diffusion models to model these, with an emphasis on RL-inspired and energy-guided approaches. Additionally, I work on de novo protein generation models such as RFDiffusion, FoldFlow, and Croma.
  • Currently, I collaborate on similar projects with Mila alumni, current students and academics. I'm directly mentored by Riashat Islam, (PhD, McGill and Mila; RS at SDAIA/NCAI; Ex-RS at DreamFold AI from Mila).

  • I founded Computational Intelligence and Operations Lab - CIOL for accelerating IPE + ML combinational research through guiding and mentoring aspiring researchers. Here, I am collaborating with Prof. Mahathir M Bappy (Louisiana State Uni.) and Prof. Manjurul Ahsan (Uni. of Oklahoma) on GNNs, Digital Twins, Advanced manufacturing and Medical AI applications.

  • I Completed Computational Neuroscience Summer School (Research Student) at Neuromatch Academy, one of the most extensive Computational Neuroscience training camps in the world. My project area is brain function analysis using fMRI. I, along with my team, investigated categorical information processing in brain. I receive certificate for both Tutorials and Projects in the Computational Neuroscience program.

  I joined Climate Change AI Summer School 2024 to learn extensively about climate change and how we can use different AI methods to fight it.
